About Us
We met during the winter of 2004, and while we share a great many things, it was our love of making and wearing beautiful jewelry that brought Lucky Lizard Art Design into being. We'd shared our passions with each other (Liz taught Martha how to make our woven "lizard tail" necklaces, and Martha started taking Liz to enameling classes with her), and in October, 2006, we took the plunge and started our business. We're no multi-national corporation: each piece of jewelry in our store (yay link) was constructed by one of us, and we took every photograph you'll see as you browse through our store or look through our portfolio of past work.
We're just two friends who love jewelry and want to share our talent and passion with other people.
We offer hand-crafted, one-of-a kind jewelry and enameled pieces and take great pride in our work. We are self-proclaimed quality snobs which means we use only guaranteed sterling silver and string our necklaces and bracelets on durable steel flex wire or sterling chain. In our jewelry, you'll find precious and semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, and high-quality glass. We wouldn't offer our lifetime guarantee if we didn't take such care to make sure we only present well-constructed, high-quality pieces.
We can't help but make jewelry when there are supplies lying around, so come back often to see what's new. We never make the same piece twice, so our catalog is always changing, and you never know when we'll be offering a special on your favorite stone. Our Guarantee
At Lucky Lizard Art Design, we take great pride in making beautiful, high-quality jewelry. If, at any point, your jewelry breaks or gets damaged through normal wear, we will replace or repair it at no cost.
If something else happens (and we know it does sometimes!), just let us know and we'll work with you to get it fixed. Don't worry; our repairs are reasonably priced.
